Meet the Chef
Stocked is owned and operated by Chicago native Geoff Felsenthal. Geoff has been cooking both professionally and personally for as long as he can remember. A nurturer at heart, Geoff is forever stocking refrigerators and freezers of friends and family with his homemade, healthy meals and specialties. The ease of preparing really delicious food that can be served with little preparation or frozen for later use, has won over stomachs of professionals, families, busy college students, and foodies alike. Chef Felsenthal is also an expert in designing catering menus and putting together catered events.
Geoff Felsenthal’s culinary career spans over 4 decades. His resume includes opening Chef De Cuisine at Charlie Trotter's, Executive Chef at Bella Vista in Chicago, and opening Executive Chef at Vong under Jean George Vongerichten. Geoff has also opened restaurants for notable Chicago area restaurant companies including the Levy Restaurants and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Most recently Geoff was a culinary instructor in Chicago and runs his own catering company.
