Roasted Brussel sprouts, roasted apple, manchego cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt and pepper. Served with a lemon vinaigrette on the side (olive oil, sherry vinegar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper).

Pairing Suggestions:Roasted vegetables can go much farther than their usual position of side dish with meat or fish. Serve them with any of our couscous, gnocchi or quinoa sides.
