Roasted, Spiced Cauliflower with Marcona Almonds, Raisins and Arugula
Cauliflower seasoned with tumeric, cumin, corriander, smoked paprika, olive oil salt and pepper and then lightly roasted. Served with marcona almonds, raisins and arugula and lightly dusted with shredded parmesan. Can be prepared gluten free without parmesan.
